Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis by a trained professional to guide a person to deep relaxation state referred to as trance – like state. This trance-like state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music, or even one’s own thoughts or meditations. In this state, clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life. Hypnotherapy is used to:

  • Manage anger
  • Improve sleep
  • Manage anxiety
  • Change bad habits
  • Relief emotional traumas
  • Treat chronic depression
  • Control impulsive behavior
  • Stop addiction (to food, tobacco, toxic relations and undesirable spontaneous behaviors)

During hypnotherapy, the clients remain aware and in control. The clients can never be forced to do anything against their will even under hypnosis. They will always be in charge and in control of however they feel like reacting and whatever they choose to say. They will remember all the things that occur during the session and they will be able to break the hypnotic trance at any time.
